Easy Ways to Pay
We keep payment simple so your visit can stay focused on how you see. Here’s what we accept, and how Medicare fits in.
What We Accept
We keep payment simple so your visit can stay focused on how you see. Here’s what we accept, how Medicare fits in, and why it’s a good thing that we don’t take vision insurance.
Medicare
We accept Medicare for low vision evaluations and neuro vision evaluations.
A neuro vision evaluation looks at vision changes after a stroke, brain injury, or concussion. If you have Medicare, please bring your Medicare card to your appointment.
Glasses, lenses, and low vision devices are paid for directly, using any of the other payment options here.
Why We Don't Take Vision Insurance
Vision insurance can change the conversation, steering it toward what a plan allows instead of what you actually need. Working without it keeps the focus on how you see, how your eyes are serving you, and what will help.
It also lets us keep our pricing simple. We’ll talk through costs with you before anything is made, so there are no surprises.
Questions about cost or coverage? Call us before your visit and we’ll walk you through it.
